When booking a service

Name, email address, phone number, address and information about the horse and saddle relevant to the booked service.

I process your personal data to:

  • Fulfill contracts — process your order, delivery and payment.

  • Perform booked services — contact you to confirm and carry out saddle checks, workshop work and saddle brokerage.

  • Respond to inquiries — answer questions you send via the contact form.

  • Comply with legal requirements — fulfill accounting and tax requirements.

The legal basis for processing is performance of contract (orders and bookings), legitimate interest (contact inquiries) and legal obligation (accounting requirements).

Cookies and tracking

My website uses necessary cookies to ensure basic functionality, such as saving your shopping cart during your visit. I do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies for marketing.

Third parties

I share your personal data with the following third parties, all of which process the data in accordance with GDPR:

  • Stripe — handles card payments. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored by me.

  • Resend — sends transactional emails such as order confirmations and booking confirmations.

I never sell your personal data to third parties.

How long do I store your data?

I store your personal data for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of processing:

  • Order data — stored for 7 years according to accounting law.

  • Bookings — stored during ongoing customer relationship and deleted afterwards.

  • Contact inquiries — stored for up to 12 months.
