Fulfill contracts — process your order, delivery and payment.
Perform booked services — contact you to confirm and carry out saddle checks, workshop work and saddle brokerage.

The legal basis for processing is performance of contract (orders and bookings), legitimate interest (contact inquiries) and legal obligation (accounting requirements).

Stripe — handles card payments. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored by me.

I store your personal data for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of processing:
Order data — stored for 7 years according to accounting law.
Bookings — stored during ongoing customer relationship and deleted afterwards.
Contact inquiries — stored for up to 12 months.
